How do I find my store links?
App Store: on an iPhone, open your app in the App Store, tap the share button and choose “Copy Link”. On a Mac, open the App Store, search for your app (switch to “iPhone & iPad Apps” if it doesn't show up), open it, click the share button and choose “Copy Link”. On Windows, search the web for your app's name and “App Store”, open the result that starts with apps.apple.com, and copy the address at the top of your browser.Google Play: on a computer, go to play.google.com, search for your app and open its page. Copy the address at the top of your browser. On an Android phone, open your app in the Play Store, tap the three dots at the top, then “Share”, and copy the link.Still stuck? How do I make one link for the App Store and Google Play?

Type your app's name, pick a link name and pay €9 once. You get one link and one QR code. iPhones open the App Store, Android phones open Google Play.

I don't know my app's store links. Can you help?

Yes. Type your app's name and we look it up. If we can't find it, we show you where to look in a few plain steps, or you can ask whoever built your app.

Can I get one QR code for both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Every link comes with a QR code in the colour you choose. When someone scans it, their phone opens the right store by itself.

What do people on a computer see?

A small page with your app's name and icon (when the App Store provides them), a QR code to scan with their phone, and links to your app on both stores.

Is the €9 really paid once?

Yes. One payment of €9 per app. No subscription and no renewal fee. VAT is included in the EU.

My store link changed. Do I pay again?

No. Change it on your account page. Your link and QR code stay the same, so printed QR codes keep working.

What if my app disappears from a store?

We check your app pages every day. If one can't be found, you'll see it on your account page. Until it's back, people on that phone see a page with your QR code and your other store.

How long does my link work?

Every link is guaranteed for at least 3 years. After that it stays live as long as people use it. If it gets no visits for 12 months, we email you and one click keeps it. There is no renewal fee.

Do I need a password?

No. Sign in with Google. You only sign in when you pay, so you can manage your link later.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If it doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days and you get your money back. Your link stops working once it's refunded.
