Terms of service

1. Each link costs €9 once, VAT included in the EU. Payments are sold through Link (Stripe), the merchant of record, which handles payment, VAT and receipts.
2. If your link doesn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. A refunded link stops working.
3. Links can only point to App Store and Google Play app pages. We may disable links used for spam, malware or anything illegal.
4. Link names are first come, first served and can't be changed after purchase. We may reclaim names that infringe trademarks.
5. How long your link stays live: every link is guaranteed to work for at least 3 years from purchase. After that it stays live for as long as it is used. If a link gets no visits for 12 months, we email you, and one click keeps it live. If you don't respond within 60 days, the link is switched off and its name may be released. If we decide to close the service, we will give at least 6 months' notice by email.
6. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the link concerned.
7. Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
