Who we are
LeLink is run by Rachna Udyavar, trading as Udyavar, Digue du Canal 115/0507, 1070 Brussels, Belgium. Enterprise number (KBO/BCE): 1024.776.096. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@lelink.app.
What we collect about customers
- Your email address and name, from Google, Microsoft or the email sign-in link.
- The links you create: App Store and Google Play addresses, app name and icon, QR colour.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and a short-lived cookie that remembers an unpaid link for 24 hours. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- If you use “Find your app”, your browser sends the name you type straight to Apple's App Store search, and shows Apple's results and app icons. We don't see or keep what you type.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Link (Stripe's checkout service) is the merchant of record: it handles payment, VAT and sends your receipt. We receive an order reference, not your card details.
What we collect about people who click your links
Only a daily count per device type (iPhone/iPad, Android, computer). No cookies, no IP addresses, no individual visitor records. Daily counts are kept for one year, then added up into monthly totals that are kept for three years.
Who helps us run the service
- Cloudflare — hosting and database (data stored in the EU where available).
- Stripe / Link — payments, receipts and VAT.
- MailerSend — sending sign-in links, receipts and alerts.
- Google and Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them.
How long we keep it
Account and link data for as long as your account exists. Daily visit counts for one year, monthly totals for three years. Payment records as long as Belgian tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account by emailing us. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be / autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
